Ordering/Payment

When you find an item that you like, click the "add to cart" button. The items you have chosen will appear in your cart located to the top right of your screen. To finalize your purchase, click "checkout" (at the top right hand side of your cart). Please make sure the items, sizes and quantity are correct. If there is a mistake, you can remove the item in the checkout by selecting "remove" or you can edit the size/colour/quantity in your cart. Once the order is confirmed, follow the payment instructions to complete your order.

Once you have completed entering your address and credit card information press "submit" and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please print out this document and save it for your records. If there are any mistakes on this e-mail confirmation, please e-mail us right away.

Wise & Proper accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

Payments are all handled through PayPal (a free, safe and easy way to transfer payments and process credit cards.) You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. During the checkout process you'll be redirected to PayPal's secure Site, you will be given the option to pay with your credit card without signing up for an account. Please follow the instructions on their Site to complete your purchase.

All prices are quoted in Canadian (CAD) dollars. For US orders the exchange rate will be the rate that your credit card provider uses at the time of the transaction. Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping, handling fees or taxes. As you check out you will be able to choose the shipping option which best suits you. Taxes will be added according to your location. The final price (including applicable taxes, shipping and exchange rate) will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number and will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.

If you are ordering from within British Columbia, you will be charged GST & PST. If you are ordering from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland you will be charged HST. If you are ordering from any other Canadian province you will be charged GST only. NO TAX WILL BE ADDED TO AMERICAN ORDERS.

Note: If you are ordering outside of Canada, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged, once your package reaches your country. Wiseandproper.com does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice, which you are repsonsible for. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully submitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order simply by clicking the link at the bottom of your shipping confirmation email.

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Because we only have limited stock for each of our items we tend to sell out of most of our products quickly. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation accordingly.

Wise & Proper processes both Canadian and American credit card orders. Due to the possibility of credit card fraud, we do not process international credit card orders online at this moment.
