Return/Exchange Policy


At Wise & Proper we try to provide sufficient information about our merchandise, if you have any questions prior to purchasing a garment we would be happy to answer them. Simply email us at info@wiseandproper.com


We are committed to making sure our customers are happy with the shopping experience at wiseandproper.com; therefore, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be more than happy to accept a return for a full refund or an exchange for something more suitable.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for Canada and 18 days of receipt for the USA for items that: have not been worn, altered or washed/dry cleaned, and with all tags attached. All returns must be in 100% new condition. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Shipping and handling is not refundable and are the customer's responsibility.


Prior to sending the items back for return or exchange, customers must send an email to customerservice@wiseandproper.com within (4) four business days of receiving the goods explaining the reasons for returning/exchanging.


Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Then securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box, and send back to us using an insured service to the following address (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves):

Refund Process


Once your package has been received by Wise & Proper, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within seven business days. A notification email will be sent to the email address listed on your account once the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Wise & Proper.
